Ostermere, known as "the jewel of the southwest cove", is a port city in the Kingdom of Havish. It is the northern terminus of the trade road which heads south through Cheivalt, Westcliff, Los Mar, and finally Mornos. Ostermere was built over a series of limestone caves once used by smugglers, and its principal industry is sea trade.
- The northern postern is unused, with an old disused road leading to Paravian ruins to the north.
- The city was built above a series of weathered ledges overlooking the inlet.
- There is an upper citadel, with a series of switchback thoroughfares connecting to the harbor and trade quarter.
