Mirthlvain Swamp is located in Midhalla, Melhalla, between the Tiriac Mountains and Methlas Lake. It is home to the remnant host animals of the methuri, such as meth-snakes and karth-eels. Some of these drake spawn are kept under Fellowship wards deep beneath the mire.
|Mirthlvain's landscape of steaming mires loomed in the distance, an imprinted silhouette of marsh maple and cypress cobwebbed with trailing, tattered moss.
Although the hate-wraiths were exterminated long ago, Mirthlvain Swamp continues to brew up leftover crossbreeds. It is for this reason that the Swamp is never left unwatched. Since the rebellion, the Swamp has been watched by the Fellowship spellbinder, Verrain, who monitors the area from Meth Isle Keep.
